Are you looking for a home in Branson Missouri? Do you lack the 3.5% down payment needed to finance a home. Well, then you are a good candidate to purchase a HUD home. HUD homes are homes that have been foreclosed upon by the Department of housing and urban development. These homes only require a $100 down payment and have a $500 buyer incentive if you close during the first 30 days the home is on the market.
January 4, 2008: The Santa Ana HUD Homeownership Center is announcing the following sales incentives that apply to the January 4, 2008 and after GENERAL LISTINGS ONLY for the states of Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri:
- $100 down payment for owner occupant purchasers that close with FHA-insured financing
- $500 Selling Broker Bonus on owner occupant offers that are full price offers
- $1,000 sales allowance paid to the buyer at closing for owner occupant purchasers that are full price offers and where the property is listed at $50,000 or less
- $1,500 sales allowance paid to the buyer at closing for owner occupant purchasers that are full price offers and where the property is listed at $50,001 or more
